Individual Banquet Tickets

Individual tickets for the National Mining Hall of Fame Banquet on October 29, 2022 include (per person): two complimentary drinks during cocktail hour, wine served with your choice of dinners, and the induction banquet program. Menu choices are Grilled Beef Tenderloin Steak, Seared Coriander Rubbed Salmon, and Garden Vegetable Wellington (vegetarian). If you have dietary restrictions, please email director@mininghalloffame to indicate your needs. By use of this ticket, the Ticket Holder (“TH”) agrees that: a) this ticket is a REVOCABLE LICENSE, subject to termination with denial of admission or removal from the event without refund if the TH engages in inappropriate or disruptive conduct or otherwise violates the rules of conduct set by National Mining Hall of Fame (“NMHF”) or the host facility; b) TH assumes all risk related to this event and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the NMHF, its agents, employees, directors, volunteers, and contractors from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, and liabilities of any nature including all costs, expenses, reputational damage, and attorneys’ fees, which in any manner result from TH’s attendance and/or actions during this event; c) TH shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any event information, including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, or audio reproduction of the event; d) NMHF shall have the unrestricted right and license to use TH’s image, likeness, name, voice, comments and that of any minor accompanying TH in media recording or reproduction taken in connection with the event, for all purposes, without compensation of any kind whatsoever; d) TH consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance with laws and event rules; e) ticket sales are final: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RE-ADMISSION.
